All products sold on our website are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a license key has been issued and delivered, it is considered used and non-returnable. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or returns after delivery, except in specific cases outlined below.
If you receive a license key that is not working or cannot be activated, you must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
